Terms of Service

By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Our platform connects users with job opportunities. By applying for jobs through our platform, you agree to submit accurate information about your skills and experience. We do not guarantee job placement, and final hiring decisions are made by the employers.

We provide qualification tests to assess skills for job opportunities. You agree not to share test content, use unauthorized assistance during tests, or attempt to manipulate test results. We reserve the right to invalidate test results if we suspect misconduct.

You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate them.

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WorldCCUB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall WorldCCUB, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the app following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
